What I did

Took it from pilot to all diagnostics, made the risk scores fairer for pregnant and at-risk groups, and added a paid coaching step.

100% of diagnostics for 1.5 Cr lives, with 25% fewer false positives.

01What it is

A lab report is hard to read. Smart Health Reports reads the report for the member and explains it, using a Gemini OCR pipeline that extracts the data from any lab's report accurately.

02What I did

  • Scaled it from a pilot to 100% of diagnostics for 1.5 Cr lives
  • Lowered false positives by 25% for pregnant and at-risk groups, by scoring each cohort against its own health ranges instead of one range for everyone, which cut needless follow-ups
  • Monetised at-risk users beyond the lab test with a paid coaching upsell, triggered by trend-based risk scores that doctors validated on 1,000+ reports
