A study platform I built for my ISB cohort. It replaced 500+ scattered course materials and was adopted by 98% of the students.

What I did

Built one platform for the cohort and ran its rollout as the AI and Tech Lead of the Academic Council.

Outcome

98% adoption (420 students), rated 4.8/5 and endorsed by the Deputy Dean for an ISB-wide rollout.

Course materials were scattered across 500+ places. Finding the right one, at the right time, was its own chore.

Built a single platform for the cohort, with a bidding planner, a credit tracker and quizzes
Added a demo mode, so anyone outside ISB can try it
Led it as the AI and Tech Lead of the Academic Council (one of 50+ members)
Now redesigning the core bidding and academic workflows with simulations and an LLM tutor
